Edward Jeramie Ortiz a relatively late starter to the sport of boxing at the age of 18, is a fighter who is in a rush to make his presence felt, winning the Adidas National PAL title just two years after his introduction. Two years later he followed that prestigious achievement up with a victory in an international dual with the Finnish national champion of the time before then going on to capture the 2015 nationals which ranked him as the #2 fighter in the US. I’m sure we can all agree that this is an Impressive rise to the top considering he bounced around from sport to sport before finding his calling. Now he is ready to embark on a new challenge in the professional ranks, taking his record to 3-0-1 which promises to bring more accolades along the way.

PROFESSIONAL RECORD – 3-0-1 (2 KO’s)
ORTIZ DECISIONS LOZANO
Alzafar Shrine, San Antonio, Texas, USA – Fighting in his home state, Edward Ortiz kept his unbeaten record in tact with a unanimous decision victory over the tough Rudy Lozano.
Ortiz controlled the action from start to finish, landing the more eye-catching shots as Lozano looked more content to finish the fight standing, which in this case was a small victory on his part. Ortiz on the other hand will have gained valuable rounds from his latest win which will hold him in good stead for fights to come.
